We’re a small neighborhood of 24 homes, tucked away in the corner of a great town. Unlike many condo complexes, we don’t pay extra HOA fees to retain a management company. That’s a real benefit. But that also means the Board of Trustees are neighbors and volunteers, spending many hours of their free time each week serving our community, interacting with owners, vendors, contractors, realtors, attorneys, banks, insurance companies, government agencies, etc.
